EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by submitting a withdrawal request through our designated withdrawal form below or by contacting us directly.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

After you notify us of your withdrawal, you'll need to send the goods back to us within 14 days. Return shipping to our New Zealand warehouse is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed once we've received the returned goods, or received proof that they've been shipped back to us. Please note that because we're based in New Zealand, the cost of international return shipping will depend on your location and the carrier you use.
