DISPATCH TIMES
We pick and pack Monday - Friday from our HQ in Warkworth, New Zealand. If you place an order before 2pm NZ time it'll usually be posted out the same day.
We're a small team so while we aim to post out all orders either the same, or next business day, during drops this may creep out to 2-3 business days.
DUTIES + TARRIFS
We currently ship Duties Paid to the following countries: United States, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and Slovakia. We cover the duties for you so there are no additional costs after checkout.
for all other countries it is your responsibility to know what your local import laws are around duties and tax requirements. Any additional charges are between you and your customs office and are independent from our shipping rates.
PLEASE NOTE
We send all parcels tracked. You are responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct and for monitoring your own tracking number.
If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or because you didn't collect it from your local post office you will need to cover a re-shipping fee to have it re posted. Otherwise you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product only less any costs we incur as a result of the return shipping. Shipping and duties charged at checkout are non refundable.
Estimated delivery times are business days from dispatch. Once with the postie delays may occur, these are out of our control.
