Duties and Taxes
International customers may be charged taxes/duties by your local local customs office. The charges will vary country to country and are dependent on a range of factors - to find out more, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Shaggy will not be held responsible for these.
Please note: If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product less any costs we incur as a result of the return shipping - you will also not be refunded the shipping fee.
