Shipping
We ship all orders, to New Zealand and worldwide, with tracking straight from our office in Omaha with a couple of options, either DHL or NZ Post. We aim to have 99% of orders posted out same/next business day.
Due to the current nature of fuel costs our shipping prices vary, but will calculate for you at checkout.
Please note: As we don't hand deliver your parcels, the shipping times shown at checkout are Estimates from Dispatch. There may be delays out of our control.
Duties, Taxes and Tariffs
We currently offer DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping to US. This means all taxes and tariffs are factored into price and/or charged at checkout. We will pay all taxes for you so there are no additional costs.
Other International customers may be charged taxes/duties by your local local customs office. The charges will vary country to country and are dependent on a range of factors - to find out more, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Shaggy will not be held responsible for these.
Please note: If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import you are responsible for ensuring the order is returned to us and you are liable for all costs, loss and/or damages that may occur during return shipping. Once your package is received by us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product less any costs we incur as a result of the return shipping - you will also not be refunded the shipping fee.
We send all parcels tracked. You are responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct and for monitoring your own tracking number. You will be charged a reshipping fee if your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or in the case of a missed delivery and failing to collect your parcel from your local post office.
All Shipping timeframes provided are estimated business days only. We can only control how fast we post out and the rest is in the hands of the postie. Please understand that at times delays will happen that are out of our control.
