We believe there's only one way to do postage - bloody fast! We aim to pack and post orders either on the same or next working day. While we're pretty good and nail it 99% of the time, on our big days (such as new releases and Black Friday) there may be slight delays - nothing too bad though. More on Shipping here.

Happens more often than you think! Fill out the contact form or flick us an email asap to let us know your actual addy. We are ninjas when it comes to packing so you'll need to be quick...!

Once we pack your order it'll be marked as fulfilled and you will receive an email with all your tracking details inside. If you're struggling to find this then have a peek in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they find their way in there.

We understand that shopping online can be a bit of roulette at times. While we know what we're selling is the best in the game, sometimes the fit just ain't for you. Luckily, we are super chill with returns and/or exchanges. Flick us an email at gday@shaggy.co.nz, or contact us and we'd be happy to see what we can do for ya.

Wander over to our shipping page for our usual post times. While we can control how lightning quick we get orders out, the rest is in the hands of the postie. These times are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary slightly, particularly around any holidays.

We currently accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. Three forms of accelerated checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

All orders will be charged in NZD, but we do have a currency selector option so you can check out the costs in your local currency.

Absolutely. Wouldn't want the world to miss out on some good Kiwi Surfwear! Currently we cover most of the world, but if we don't ship to your country contact us and we will see what we can do.

Some international order may need pay duties and taxes. All applicable duties and taxes happen during postage and are the full responsibility of the customer. If you want to know how/if this relates to your country we recommend contacting the relevant authority in your part of the world.

Here at Shaggy we don't restock any of our items, once they're gone...that's it! We like to keep all of our runs limited, unique and focus on pumping out the best designs in Small Batch Surfwear.

We do regularly have items go out of stock so if there is a piece you love that isn't available do flick us a message! It definitely helps influence our future designs.
